RESTORE AND MAINTAIN GOOD HEALTH
Physiotherapy helps restore and enhance mobility, function, and well-being. Physiotherapists aid recovery through physical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and promoting health and fitness, involving patients in their own recovery. They address issues like pain, arthritis, lung problems, and mobility loss.
Each session is tailored to the individual’s needs and typically includes:
-
Reviewing medical history
-
Assessing and diagnosing conditions
-
Setting and achieving physical goals
-
Creating a personalized treatment plan
-
Prescribing exercises and necessary devices
